**50% Deposit Upon Confirmation for Order.

**35% surcharge for order within 24hrs or less.

**Cupcake price list is not inclusive delivery charges.

**It is advisable customers to schedule their time accordingly [especially for event]. We DO NOT responsible any LATENESS or PROBLEM occurred during the time of delivery as we are not responsible for any hassle caused by traffic, transportation problem or parking & etc..

**We do not accept last minute order or last minute changes.

**Require minimum of 3-5 days for any booking.[Normal package] and at least 2 weeks for bulk order.

**All transactions in CASH and we only accept Cheque for order exceeding RM200.

**Delivery Service is only applicable for order more than RM120 and above.

**Free delivery for order more than RM250 [KL only]

**Deposit is not refundable for any cancellation less than 2days.

**All orders subject on availability, Cupcake Inc. KL has right to change if the requested order is not in supplies. However, it will not change the original design requested by customers.
